“God Is Love.”
This one is tough. If God is the source of love, how can God be love? I believe He IS Love because by faith I believe everything the bible says. But to someone outside of faith, saying "God Is Love" is like saying Mother is baby, Cow is milk, or Sheep is wool. I must admit however, it evokes strong feelings. "God Is Love" says since God Is Love, we had better love, right? Also "God Is Love" says God loves us. When I hear "God Is Love" I picture every loving feeling I have ever had, and it helps me then to picture God.
